July 22nd, 2023

Nairobi, Kenya - The Communist Party of Kenya is proud to announce its representation at the international fact-finding mission and final hearing of the International Tribunal Against Sanctions. The event will be held from the 22nd to the 27th of July at the esteemed Simon Bolivar Institute in Caracas.

Booker Ngesa Omole, the National Deputy Chairperson of the Communist Party of Kenya, will serve as the party's representative in this crucial tribunal. Over the past six months, the tribunal has been diligently addressing the far-reaching implications of sanctions and their impact on nations and their citizens.

Sanctions, in essence, are a declaration of war, and their effects on countries and ordinary people can be devastating. The Communist Party of Kenya firmly believes that such punitive measures undermine international solidarity and impede progress towards a more equitable global order.

By participating in this tribunal, the Communist Party of Kenya aims to bring attention to the adverse consequences of sanctions and advocate for alternative approaches to addressing international disputes and challenges. It is essential for the global community to come together in a spirit of cooperation, peace, and understanding to find sustainable solutions to complex issues.

The Communist Party of Kenya reaffirms its commitment to advocating for social justice, equitable distribution of resources, and the protection of human rights not only in Kenya but also on the international stage. This participation in the International Tribunal Against Sanctions aligns with the party's vision for a world free from oppression and exploitation.

We stand in solidarity with all the countries that continue to suffer under the yoke of unilateral illegal sanctions imposed by the USA, particularly Venezuela, Cuba, DPRK, and Zimbabwe.

Death to Imperialism!

Down with unilateral sanctions!

Long live Internationalism!

Signed,

The National Central Organizing Committee of the Communist Party of Kenya

By Booker Omole, General Secretary of the Communist Party Marxist Kenya   Comrades, workers, peasants, and all oppressed people of Kenya The struggle against Zionist expansion in Kenya is inseparable from the global struggle of the oppressed against imperialism. We face a new front of imperialist and Zionist aggression on our soil. History, which the imperialists and their local collaborators would have us forget, is repeating itself. Once, in the year 1903, the British colonialists sought to manipulate a desperate Jewish population by offering them land in what was then the Uasin Gis [ ... ]

By Mwaivu Kaluka, National Chairperson of the communist Party of Kenya.   Our Party has been subjected to a series of hairbrained slanders and lifeless diatribes from the Trotskyite World Socialist Website(WSWS). Initially, we chose not to respond to their constant attacks because, in most of their publications, they had hardly raised any fundamental questions about Marxism and its political practice. Most of the vitriol attacks were not questions of general principles, and we thought it would be a waste of time to give attention to such Ideologically deranged characters.    What is eve [ ... ]
